This class will improve your fitness and strengthen arms, legs and core muscles. No equipment is needed. All levels are welcome and we will be moving towards Claygate common and possibly Winey Hill. You can walk at a slow pace but are encouraged to power walk or a slow jog is optional. We will also be doing Body Conditioning strength work for example squats, lunges and push ups. Options will be given throughout for each exercise from beginners to more advanced. It is aimed for those who are healthy, without injury and wish to tone up and get fitter whilst enjoying the outside element. If the weather is unsuitable the class will be cancelled.
