PILATES FOR BONE HEALTH

Starting September 12th, available In Person and Online.
This class is designed to support better bone health through safe, effective movement. We focus on balance and weight-bearing exercises to improve posture, while carefully avoiding forward flexion to protect the spine. Each session includes standing, wall, and mat work, all suitable for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
BARRE ‘N’ SCULPT
Monday 8:45am
Barre and Sculpt is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve balance, and support better posture.
Blending ballet-inspired moves with Pilates and body conditioning, this class tones the arms, sculpts the legs, and strengthens the core. Expect weight-bearing and mat-based exercises that help you feel strong, stable, and energised.
PILATES FOR BACK CARE
Thursday 8:00am
This gentle, supportive class focuses on mindful movement and breathing to help ease tension and improve spinal health.
Ideal for all levels, posture types, and those with back concerns, we follow the five basic STOTT Pilates principles to build core stability, improve alignment, and support a healthier back.
PILATES INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Starting September 12th, available In Person and Online.
This class moves through the intermediate STOTT Pilates repertoire with increased challenge, complexity, and flow. It is not suitable for beginners, or for those with osteoporosis or spinal issues, due to the higher intensity and advanced movement patterns.
BETTER BONES

This popular class offers a safe and effective workout to support better bone and heart health.
We use bodyweight exercises, light hand weights, and a chair for support to help build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance. Designed with care, this class is safe and suitable for those with osteoporosis.

This lively, full-body workout is a great way to build strength, boost your mood, and feel fantastic.
We use hand weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to tone muscles and get your heart rate up. It’s low impact, easy to follow, and you’ll definitely leave feeling strong, sweaty, and proud of yourself!
