BARRE ‘N’ SCULPT

Monday 9:15am

Using a chair or worktop as a Barre, this body conditioning class will tone arms, sculpt legs and work the core. The dynamic class blends ballet, Pilates, and body conditioning and is fit for all levels. It will include weight-bearing exercises, mat work and bodyweight movements to leave you feeling fit and healthy.

PILATES

Monday 10:30am
Monday 6:30pm
Saturday 9:45am

This contemporary Pilates class is based on the mat and will work with STOTT Pilates principles and repertoire. Modifications are provided throughout, so you can work at your own pace and difficulty level.

PILATES FOR BACK CARE

Thursday 9:00am

This class will incorporate mindful movements and breathing technique. It is gentle and mindful making it ideal for all levels, posture types and those with back problems. We will concentrate on the 5 basic STOTT Pilates principles.

PILATES INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

This class will work through the intermediate repertoire. With more complex movement and a tougher intensity, the class is not suited for beginners or those with osteoporosis, or spine issues.

BETTER BONES

This popular class is a safe and effective workout to improve your bone health whilst improving heart health. It will include bodyweight exercises as well as light hand weights and a chair as a prop. All of this will help to develop and correct your posture and balance. This class is safe for those with osteoporosis.

BODY CONDITIONING

Wednesday 9:15am

This is a full-body workout that can be done without any equipment and will leave you feeling toned and worked hard. It's a low impact class with plenty of energy and is designed to strengthen and tone your muscles.
