Barre 'n' Sculpt

Service Description

Using a chair or worktop as a Barre, this body conditioning class will tone arms, sculpt legs and work the core. The class is dynamic, varied and for all levels. It will include weight-bearing exercises, mat work and bodyweight movements to leave you feeling fit and healthy.
