Intermediate Pilates

Service Description

Intermediate Pilates is for those who are familiar with the Pilates mat repertoire and like a challenge. Modifications are offered so you are able to work on your progress to obtain a stronger body. Props are used such as resistance bands, Pilates small ball and magic circle. The class is a small and welcoming. See you on the mat!
