Service Description

Suitable for those familiar with Pilates mat exercises at an intermediate level. We use small props to enhance exercises whilst giving feedback and guidance and options are given throughout the class. Clients are asked to bring their own mat with resistance bands, Pilates small balls and circles. Please note there will be no class on Friday 3rd May.
