Service Description

This class will focus on weight-bearing exercises to help strengthen bones whilst focusing on balance. A variety of exercises will be standing or moving off the spot with direction changes to challenge balance. Some exercises will be performed at the wall or on the mat using small props such as light dumbbells and resistance bands. This is a 5 week course ( no class on Friday May 3rd ). Suitable for all levels.
