As a professional Pilates and Barre Trainer, my aim is to help you feel stronger, healthier and fitter. I am STOTT Pilates certified in mat and also on the Reformer and the Stability Chair. STOTT is one of the highest standards of Pilates so I am able to understand your every need and help you achieve your fitness your goal. In addition to this, I am BarreConcept certified, and with my Dance background am able to create workouts that are not only enjoyable but keep you fit, healthy and feeling great.

Online classes are the new normal. I have developed a schedule of Pilates & Barre classes hosted through Zoom that are sure to keep you fit and healthy without having to go to a gym. There is a wide range of classes available including Barre 'n' Sculpt, Pilates, Pilates for Back Care, Pilates intermediate level, Better Bones and Body Conditioning. These can be booked and managed through this website.
PRIVATE 1-2-1'S & DUETS
Based in my Home Studio in Clayagte
My home studio in Claygate is a space where you can feel comfortable training privately with myself. The studio has specialist equipment including a Reformer, Stability Chair, Barre and Arc Barrel. This allows me to create a bespoke workout that will enhance your movements, improve your posture and correct any muscle imbalances.

I started Zoe’s Zoom classes during lockdown and I just haven’t looked back. Zoe is an amazing teacher. The variety of classes over 6 days provides great flexibility. The classes are motivational, friendly and social. I would definitely recommend and plan to continue indefinitely.
I have suffered from poor posture and intermittent back trouble for many years. Zoe's reformer Pilates has really helped me to improve my core strength, posture and flexibility in my back. The reformer really helps target specific movements and muscle groups, and Zoe tailors her approach to the specific things I need to address. She is a tough taskmaster but always keeps it fun. I have definitely noticed the improvement since I've been seeing Zoe.
Zoe is an amazing Pilates instructor - she makes classes fun while improving balance, posture and muscle tone. All the instructions are clear, with options provided for a range of ability levels. If you're looking to improve your strength and flexibility Zoe's classes are highly recommended.
